Default another jdm swapped Rs

recently picked up a 99 rs with a jdm engine, tranny, ecu, and axle swap. it was in need of some work. the previous owner had put it into a tree and cracked the radiator as well as banged up the hood, front bumper, headlight, foglight, he had cracked a couple coilpacks changing spark plugs, steering wheel was completely misaligned and it was dirty inside and out. I went and test drove it and it ran and sounded strong other then the misfire that happened under full throttle on account of the need for new coilpacks. it was definitely a solid starting point and had no rust, so I decided I had to save it before he caused any more damage to the car.
here is a pic of the day I got it

and now for a rundown of the good stuff
jdm ej20 engine, tranny, ecu, and axles
front, rear seats and cd player are from an 03 wrx
sti carpet
short throw shifter
exedy stage 2 clutch
cusco strut bars
bc coilovers
wide body rear quarter panels
cobb catless turbo back exhaust
manual boost controller
ichiba 25mm rear spacers
jdm taillights

plans for the next two months are a new hood, widebody front fenders to match the rears, paint, wheels, replace passenger airbag, front lip, engine and tranny mounts, tint front windows, replace sunroof motor.
my immediate plans are newer coilpack conversion, air filter, and whatever else is needed to get it running 100%

here's how she sits today

Looks good man clean her up and she'll be good to go. How do you like the Stage 2 clutch from what I have heard and my son has a 05 STi with I believe is a stage 2 clutch they are pretty heavy clutch pedal. What's your thoughts?

the clutch isn't too bad, def pretty heavy compared to stock but I def feel reassured that itll handle anything I throw at it. makes my stage 2 clutch on my s4 feel like stock though lol
ya I found it on craigslist Fuji, he left out a lot of its flaws in the ad but it was a nobrainer that the car had good bones and needed a new home
that's the greatest shop on the east coast haha. its The Subaru shop. aka Jay Perrys shop of Perrytuned. go there and you get to see all sorts of subbys from stock to his 670awhp full interior monster. he was even nice enough to welcome in my headache of a B5 S4 and did a full engine and tranny swap for me even though he had never done one on an audi before, and it went without any issues. search on instagram #thesubarushop and #perrytuned to get an idea of the cars they turn out, it also has the shop info up there

shes undergone quite a few changes, and fixed a lot to get her running as she should. cant even compare it now to how it was when I picked her up. replaced the airbag, replaced windshield, cleaned maf, cleaned tb, cleaned fuel injectors, fixed boost solenoid, fixed a couple wiring issues, fixed exhaust mounts, hooked rear sway bar back up, adjusted the coilover height and dampening, did coilpack conversion. car is now running as she should with the stock tune and boosting proper stock boost level. still have to install and paint hood and fog covers, and install the quick disconnect bumper set up and the wheels and lugs when I replace one tire that is bad on my enkeis

did suede door cards to better match the 06 interior, and threw on my enkeis that I had laying around in the basement. adjusted the dampening and this thing handles like its on rails right now

havent updated in a very long time. cars come a long way since when i first picked it up. recently swapped in a new tranny, throwout bearing, new tranny mount, new pads and proper sized rotors for the jdm 4 pots, 4 point sparco harness, different lighter 17 inch wheels, and a ton of other miscellaneous things.
