Talking Subie Gal's 1970 Subaru 360 Van - Stanley the VAN!

I've previously owned 2 360 Sedan's...
I sold them a few years ago and started searching for a finished or un-restored original project 360

finally found him.
His name is Stanley....
Stanley is a 1970, I'm afaik, the 3rd owner.
He is original, un-restored, painted red 2 owners ago.

Ongoing gallery here: [Click to view More photos]

Some specs have been listed here: [click to view specifications]

Picked him up in CA... so naturally we had to stop at the Redwoods... for giggles if anything!
And yes.... We towed him with our FXT... he really is that small!

suicide doors are awesome!

No laughing at my Van! He's only the cutest Subaru ever

Jamie

same size as me, she's a perfect fit!!

anyone much taller than us will be a little cramped... hahahaa

He is in good condition for un-restored.
Yes there are small bits of surface rust.
Yes a few of the seals have deteriorated

But he's holding up pretty well considering his age and use

Little old lady (2 owners ago) drove him daily for 23 years.
This is probably why he has held up so well
These old cars to not like to sit.... not at all.

They hold up better when driven and used.

don't laugh at his little 356cc 2 stroke
