Default 2011 STi Stage2 OTS mapping, 12.4's

Event: Quarter mile
Location: Mid-Michigan Motorplex, Stanton Michigan
Ambient Temp: 46.4 degrees Fahrenheit
Elevation: 919'
Weather: Slight tailwind, 66% humidity
Track and Conditions: Well prepped asphalt
Tires: Stock
Car: 2011 WRX Sti sedan
Tuner: Cobb AP, Stage 2+SF, 93 octane v3.0 OTS tune
Dyno Info: N/A
Transmission: 6 speed, factory gearset
Gear: 1st - 4th used (could have shifted into 5th)
Peak HP at RPM:
Peak Torque at RPM:
Baseline hp/tq for a stock on same dyno:
Target Boost: 19.5
Target AFR:
Fuel: 93 octane pump gas from local BP station, 1/4 tank
Engine/Power Modifications: Cobb catted DP, Cobb SF intake & airbox, STOCK exhaust
Driveline Modifications: NONE
Suspension Modifications: NONE
Other Modifications: Removed factory subwoofer & spare tire

2 weeks ago at the same track I ran a 13.3 stock as a baseline. At just under 1000 miles on the odometer I installed the stage 2 parts and tuning from Cobb. I went back to the track to see the difference and made the following passes. These were the 3 best slips of the day out of 7 passes. The slowest pass of the day being a 12.7 due to a bad launch. The best pass being a 12.42 @ 109.44mph with a 1.686 60'

I am extremely impressed how fast this car has gone with little mods and OTS tuning. In the spring I plan to get the car pro tuned and possibly put in a clutch more suited for drag racing. I am 100% sure low 12's are possible with some more passes and a pro tune

DCCD was in auto
T/C was off
Shift points were 6100rpm
Launches were around 5800 rpms
Did not shift out of 4th gear, probably could have yielded higher trap speeds if I did but was shooting for lower E.T's. I was around 6500rpm through the lights.

Video of the 12.44 run will be posted soon!

great job, shift early with a vf(unless you are running all the bolt on's and are actually holding out power, which requires not the average tuner, but that's another story)

Not at all

I actually still hold the fastest: stock turbo, manual transmission, diesel pickup truck 1/4 mile time in the country!

I have run hundreds of passes with various vehicles at this particular track.

Impressive. Stanton is a good track too. I'm hoping to hit similar times when I go stage 2 after winter. 12.72 stg1 sf. I'm on par to do it.

Your 60's are killer. Nice runs!

Wow almost 110 with an OTS map? Is Cobb getting more aggressive? That's tough to hit even protuned. Great driving
