If you want some more power, do the regular stage 2 upgrade: up pipe, dp, air filter. No need for GM BCS or larger TMIC

Or you could just get a piece of vacuum line and run it straight from the compressor nipple to the wastegate. -Rene |

I am running an accessport and I need to drive to get my car tuned properly. I am wanting to run wastegate boost so its safer as the gmbcs changes the specs.
So I could just connect the line from the compressor near where the silicone coupler goes to the wga one? |

Connect those two nipples, that way the WG isn't manipulated by the BCS. It will open at whatever the WG spring is.

The gmbcs will be fine to be connected into the harness but not used, correct?

So i installed it into the harness and connect the line from the wga to the compressor on the turbo, and i cant get more than 4 psi before it starts bogging.
Any ideas? The lines from the gmbcs to the wastegate and compressor are un connected. Again, i want to run wastegate boost. |

with a 18g on wastegate boost you should be in the 9-15psi range. -Rene |

What should I do?? I also have the perrin EBC. Again I'm in the same senario as 007 I will be running the for a week or two to break in the new turbo and also before I can get in for a protune. SO should I just run a bigger hose? Should I run my EBC? And also what about the pill restrictor? I'm a real visual learner so if some one has a picture of there set up and how I should run it till I get it tuned.....that would be super help full I just don't want to end up popping my engine. thanks |

Im sure its somewhere in the first 15 pages, but just to make sure...on the wiring of the BCS, it doesn't matter which wire is tapped into which right?

They say it shouldn't but I first did the yellow to the "B" then the black to the "A" on the harness and my car was going crazy. So I swtiched it around it ended up working perfectly.
I did, Yellow - A, Black - B |

well the STi TMIC is on, but now the car feels more "flutterly" (?)... I really dont know why... on boost, it shows a psi higher...
I am wondering is a MBC or EBC will help, once I do a romraider tune, im sure this will smooth out, but the GM BCS.. its still on my mind like it will help because of its more comple nature than the subaru OEM one... |

ok, well, I guess I will get in there with the rom raider...
I thought it wasnt neccasary with just a larger TMIC, but now I know... sooo, does the GM BCS work better all by itsself, or only with ecutech? not neccassary with rom raider? |

Usually people that do the BCS mod have many other mods as well and don't only run the GM BCS alone. Do you have any other mods?
