I made a some of these for some friends and have a few left over

$15 shipped

same as whats pictured here:



pre-drilled so your o2 sensor fits perfectly

The o2 sensor still gets the heat from the exhaust so it thinks its working properly but since the element isn't in direct flow of exhaust, it doesn't get a "full" reading of what's in the exhaust.

so you just screw that in...and screw the sensor into your piece? If so and it gets rid of the CEL I'll take one. let me know and I'll paypal ya.

Yep, it's as simple as that. Obviously, if you have a CEL you'll need to reset the ECU after you install it...

Thats an interesting way of doing it!! Congrats. I wired in the pony express resistor and have been cruising with out a CEL for some time now. I wish I would of heard of this first, because splicing and soldering the resistor was a pain compared to this!
