Probably the fender liners, it's pretty loud when they rub.

Looking at buying some Gram Lights for my WRX and was wondering what offset you would recommend for my set up? I will be running BC coils, with Racecomp sways bars. I'm looking at getting in to auto cross and the occasional track day. I would like to run an 18x9.5 with a 275 tire. Thanks!

So.....

First thing is to read the class rules. If you plan to be competitive, only upgrading wheels and tires will most likely out you in a class you won't be competitive in.

For autocross - you do not need such a huge wheel/tire setup, and could likely lead to a performer decrease.

Suspension - id look into a decent set of coils.

Rear fender roll and some negative camber

SO this setup might be in here somewhere but im just too lazy to flip through the pages
18x9.5 34 offset
Bridgestone Potenza 255/35/18
Swift Spec R
Would I have to roll the front fenders or just the rears?

Rear only with negative camber f/r.

More meaning higher offset, yes. But it would have to be in the 40's. Even +40-42, I think those guys are still rolling the rear. You have to start worrying about strut clearance when you are are running wider wheels with a higher offset....I'm not an expert on the higher offsets with stock suspensions. Dan from Mach V may be able to answer your question more appropriately.

I've read through the various posts in this thread but would like some clarification.

Car: 2013 WRX Sedan
Suspension: RCE blacks
Wheels/Tire in question: Enkei PF01 18 x 18.5 +48 / Michelin Pilot Super Sport 245/40/18

Am I going to run into any problems or issues with this? Thanks.

Should be fine, that is basically the stock STI wheel/tire setup. It will be pretty sunken in.

That is one DOOZY of a setup lol I would say that unless you have flares and are sittin pretty low and run some decent negative camber you are going to have trouble making that wheel/tire combo fit for your year haha

I have a set of BC coils and RaceComp Engineering sway bars at my house now. I appreciate the input, I am currently residing in Germany. So I'm not really trying to be competitive as it is just learning. My big concern is what off set to go with on the rims, as I am going to order 18x9.5's.

Unless you want to do a lot of fender work, you should get a high offset (44-48) and then experiment with spacers until you just clear everything.

With my coilovers and 18x9.5" ET38 setup, I have a ton of space on the inside. I could have gone 10" like I wanted to, and still had a lot of room.

I'm not looking to do a ton of fender work, I did plan on rolling my rear fenders. I appreciate your input, what size tire do you recommend, I was thinking 265 or 275.

Wheels yes. I have this exact setup. Tires not sure. I have a stretched 245 on mine and chickened out of 265 at the last moment. No roll here

I believe a 265 on "stock" suspension is fine

265's might rub....I would go with 255's BUT you might still rub on some bigger dips and with weight in the car
