Default Need help with something

I'm trying to order something from the dealership. However, I need a vin # for reference as there are too many possibilities. I was wondering, could someone help me out with this? I need a vin# from a 02-05 2.5RS sedan.

Of course I will keep the vin# confidential, and will destroy it after I'm done.

im sure Jeff54 could help you out with this one

I hate it when they MAKE you supply a VIN even when we all know the parts are ineterchangable

That being said, I force customers to supply me with a VIN when ordering parts as well lol

If you're looking for a body piece, I would recommend to check with Rocket Rally first. They have a lot of good condition take-off parts available.

I got a reinforcement bumper beam from them at a good price. Forget the dealer.

lol I got to know some of the parts guys pretty well. They would ask for a vin and I would say it's a 04 sti into a 2000 gc8 your not going to beable to find **** with my vin. They just stopped asking me for my vin.

They use the vin to check to see if the part that you ordered is right for your car. In cases where it's swapped the vin is useless and they are pretty much blind, when it comes to ordering parts for you.

BTW the ordering system for parts just SUCKS. if you've ever gone to opposedforces.com to look for your part numbers? it's pretty much the same thing
