No, but they can damage the sway bar endlinks. By damage I mean snap them. Upgrade to kartboy end links when you put the sway bar on, don't even look at the other brand end links, kartboy has the best ones hands down.

+1 I didn't think I had an issue till I changed mine and one of my rears from normal dd was bent!!! Use good suspension lube too!! My white line rear bar used to pop when going in and out of serious inclined parking lots on an angle.

I do have the Kartboy End links.
My problem is some creaking in the front end. The dealer and I have both can't seem to figure it out. It started on the left side and has now creaking on the right also. It can only be heard at low speeds, driveways and dips.

You most likely need to lubricate the end link and sway bar attachment bushings.

Thanks! And sorry, maybe I should have said so but the sways & links have been greased. No change in squeaking.

You might want to try disconnecting the sway bar and testing to see if that it's what's causing it. If it it's then it will be easier to track down I would think. Maybe it's putting strain on something.

How did you install the sways? They could be pre-loaded.

The endlinks! That's what it was. Got a impact on them, it's all good. Thanks!
