Question 1980 Fiat 124 Spider, any good?

A 1980 Fiat Spider sort of fell into my lap that I can buy for around 300 bucks. I don't really need a 3rd car, so it would replace either the Porsche or the Neon (most likely the neon since I can get probably 1k for it once its fixed.) I would probably have to use it as the daily driver too. Are these cars any good/reliable? I got the neon because I wanted something reliable that would last me a long time. The Fiat has just had the engine replaced, it only has 10k on the new engine and there is some slight rust they say will need to get replaced. Thanks.

The stock response:
FIAT= Fix It Again Tony...

But for $300, if it runs, why not?

is this what it looks like (or would if it wasn't a POS)?

This car WILL cost you a lot of money.
But it might be fun.

It may run today but tomorrow is another story. Reliable daily driver? No.
Good luck finding parts.

Yea, I decided against it cuz I don't need another car (I technically own 4 since my mom still hasn't gone to the DMV to register the subaru) and this would mean my family would have 7 cars, with 3 people (one who never leaves the house) this is a bit much.
