hey i just saw your email, sorry but i am not familiar with Covert Performance twinscroll kit? (never heard of them before). It is difficult for me to troubleshoot since i am not familiar with their product. my input:

-that is the laggiest twinscroll 35R ive ever seen, there has to be a leak (boost leak or exhaust leak, pre turbo) or the header must have been poorly designed. Your spool is at least 1000rpm later than it should be. I recommend a thorough boost leak test, and examine the headers for cracking or the wastegates for leaking.

-we machine the Borg Warner S300SX turbochargers so that it is a true 3" vband and a direct bolt-on for your GT35R.. no modifications required for the downpipe

-if you can post some pictures of the turbokit, it might help me to get a better idea on whats going on and provide some more suggestions or recommendations

good luck!!

With AVCS fixed i get 20 PSI at 4000 RPM, and full boost at 4400 RPM "pulled from 4d gear log pull"
No dyno sheet available yet, the car has tons more low end torq now!

sorry about the lack of dyno sheet. My database crashed while tuning the last car yesterday and I lost all of the runs for the day.

OP gets a few free dyno pulls in the coming week to get a new graph. The boost was MUCH better. We went from 145ftlbs of torque to 370ftlbs of torque at 3k rpm.

I cant wait to see the magic made on my car. (mine was the dirty 05STi with the stroker engine getting fixed). I cant wait to see what the 2.7L and the HTAGT35 86mm (big hta 75 lb min) does...

Hopefully NOT BOOM!!!!!

Other wise sounds like yours is turning out pretty nice!!

he updated the original post with new graphs.

Basically it boils down to this:
Switched out the hydra for an AEM and linked it to the HydraMist system.
Adjusted AVCS
Got almost 20psi by 4k rpm-ish.
Set high and low boost with an EBCS and 2 MBC's.
Car drives like a dream and screams!

I'll see you later this week for some tuning fun, John.

Your chart looks almost identical to my full race hta 3076 kit. You're making more hp but I'm also on stock block. I need to build my block and get on some meth or e85 and see if mine acts like this

it's pretty awesome when a 35R spools as fast as a 30R.
Gotta love a good set of cams.

my 2.3L gets full boost by 4800 with a 35R. I couldn't imagine what a little AVCS would do for my build.

For the record, I had a huge surprise build on my car. I now hit 20psi about 3600ish, 300wtq at 3300, 225whp at 3500. I'm using the baby Kelford 264's. HUGE difference than before. Everyone kept saying man, your build acts like a 35r lol Looks like you can go almost to 8k though so your powerband is still there....have fun and be safe.

That graph isn't up anymore because he updated it as he said.

Man it spools like my twin scroll 4094 wich is alot bigger then this little guy. And I've have seen a 500wtq car on this dyno not even come close to those number on another dyno. Take this thing to the track so it will spit out some real world numbers!!!!!

you're making 400 lb-ft by 4500 on your 4094?...they do have two graphs up (one with AVCS adjusted).

What AR is your 4094? just curious
