Still rocking the 6265 for now. I want him to switch up to a 6466 once we hit our goal of 9.6s in a real deal street car. Then we go for some low 9s.

What are your impressions of the 6265 as a daily driver?

The 6266 would be my choice for all around perfect street car.
Properly setup you can expect to see boost in the low 4 high 3k range and make enough on 93 to go 10s and 9s on e85 easily. Quote:
I don't think the owner really cares for that though, he just wants a 9sec pass and he will get it very soon. After that he might just be content with a mid 9s full weight street car. |

**Update**
Put the Missile back on the dyno last Friday to check the tune with the new gear ratios and setup the LC/Boost control a little better. She now sits at 670whp and on our first pass for the year cut a 1.50 60ft. Unfortunately the throwout bearing clip popped and we were left with no clutch. The 1.50 alone would have put the car into the 9.9 range. I cant wait to see what the car will do with 1 less shift and 20-30whp more Jr |

That's really alot of power for 6265. I didn't think they made that much without 34 plus psi. Bet it's fast!!

I think the 66 CEA wheel would free up another 10-20whp at the same boost level. Its just is not worth the extra cash right now. None that I am aware of |

Well back to the track, cut a 1.50 again missed 3rd, then cut another 1.50 and broke the output shaft.
P&L is on top of it and we hope to make some passes before the season ends. The short time is ironed out, 1.50s every pass is pretty nice for a real deal street car. I cant wait to see it make a full pass. |
