Default '06 STi interior modification

Alright I need you guys to help me out with probably the most common requests from new STi owners but I don't feel like looking for the answers myself. I'd like to fully convert the stock blue interior to black (with the exception of the seats since I plan on getting brides anyways).
Just to review I'll be looking for the black door cards, black floor carpet and an S204 style dashboard. Where would you guys suggest I start looking? I really appreciate the help.

PS - By black floor carpet I don't mean individual floor mats, I mean the entire carpet which I understand is one large piece. I'm wondering if there's anywhere I can order the entire piece or if I would have to get the car reupholstered myself.

Let me rephrase that if you must know, I've had a look around and am having a hard time so imagined the nice generous community of NASIOC would lend me a helping hand. Way to represent.
Have anything useful to say?

The regular wrx has black carpet and black door panels. Post a wanting to trade in your local section and craigslist. Tons of people are interested in swapping all the sti stuff into their wrxs

Yeah I doubt I'll be able to pick anything up local but I'll see what I can do province-wide. Thanks.

Well it's either that or you start learning how to reupholster. "Doubting" you can pick up anything local is just like not searching. Bet if you filled out your profile and posted in your local section you would have success with this. But you're too lazy to do any of that and want an answer spoon fed to you. So here's another answer, Ebay, Amazon, Craigslist, local dealer.

Thanks Dr. Phil, like I said to the other douche I'm having a hard time looking around and would imagine the NASIOC community would want to help out rather than make feeble attempts at talking down to someone. So thanks anyways for wasting your time.

Haters I tell ya just lend the man some help. I recommend just taking it to a shop and have them convert whatever you want to black so its all new. Or if you wanna diy just pull the pieces you wanna make black take measurements and order the materials and cut it out and install the way you took out the old stuff

Since the concept of filling out a profile is challenging for you, where do you live? I know for a fact, that if you posted a classified in your LOCAL CHAPTER you wouldn't have an issue.

Continue to look like an idiot brotatdo.

Edit: What was the point of this thread exactly?

I must warn you sir, NASIOC is a land of obsessive purists who spend hours researching issues by researching pre-existing threads on these forums. If you feel you don't have enough time, clearly you have not drunk all the koolaid yet

I'm well aware of how to fill out a profile thanks. And I'm also done wasting my time with you.

For the carpet i'd recommend sourcing a WRX carpet then buying interior dye and painting it, same thing with your panels. your headliner i would recommend pulling it out and dying it or recovering it in suede. good luck.

Lol the guy comes in here with a VERY common question, blatantly admits he hasn't searched and then says people on the interwebs are mean? Boo hoo. I'm waiting for the "I <3 h8ers" to come flooding in.

But, to contribute to the thread and in case the OP doesn't know: 02-03s have different materials on the seats and door cards that isn't black, 04s will fit but have the mirror switch in the console instead of the door card so stick with 06-07 WRX parts. Also, not all WRXs have actual BLACK carpet. I can't remember which years/models do but most of them have dark dark GREY carpet. Just an FYI. And http://www.iwsti.com/forums/how-inst...t-install.html for S204 dash...LITERALLY the first result on google.

Ok lol I'll admit I didn't word it very well. By saying "I don't want to find the answers myself" what I meant was I've been having a look around but I feel like I'm wasting my time if I don't use a resource like the members of NASIOC who I'm sure would be happy to point me in the right direction.
I realize it's a common question but not all posts are geared towards exactly what I was looking for so I thought I would start my own anyways.
But all BS aside thanks for the advice, "I really appreciate the help"!

I previously posted a full-listing of part-numbers for the mat (rug) from 2001-2007 for another member.

The interior from a 2005 RS sport or limited or similar has the same interior as the 2006-2007 WRX/STI and is in black. This may be what you would want and could order it from a U.S. dealer instead of importing the parts from outside of the U.S.

Surprised this has lasted this long... Specially talk bad to a mod. The question has already been answered and all you have to do is swap the interior...

Yet another pointless thread made by another new generation lazy American!
