Default Tim Bailey of PDXTuning at YimiSport Tuning March 3rd and 4th

Round three for Tuning in at Yimi Sports in Santa Clarita is comming up this weekend. March 3rd and 4th

The schedule for this weekend is pretty well booked but more tuning weekends are already planned with the next trip scheduled for mid April. So, if you didn't make it this time there will be many more opportunities throughout the spring and summer.

The last two trips were are great success:

Round 1 - Dec 2006 (6 cars tuned):
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1077088

http://wrxmodders.com/forums/viewtop...?p=33117#33117

Round 2 - Feb 16th through 19th 2007 (18 cars tuned)

http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1173913

Dyno cost is 125 for the first hour and 100 for each additional hour.

Tuning costs are 175 to 200 for a pump gas tune depending upon difficulty. Additional maps for water injection/meth injection/race fuel etc are 50 to 100 more depending upon time and difficulty.

With at least 6 people getting tuned there is no addition costs for my travel expenses.

The dates for Round three
March 3rd and 4th.

Yimi Sport Tuning has an 4wd dynojet.

Tuning platforms include:
Cobb Protuner for Accessports
TXS Utec
EcuTek
Hydra

If interested please fill out the PDXTuning remote tune request form here:
http://www.pdxtuning.com/tuningreq.htm

And post your tuning date preference, tuning questions here as well.

Cheers

Awsome! Cant Wait. I only live like 5mins away from Pauls Shop. I came to visit the last tuning weekend just for a little bit. I was there when Tim was tuning the sti with propane. Looked like you guys were having little bit of trouble with it. Paul is a great guy and i hope that his shop will lead him to success.

The propane system never quite worked. He's switching over to meth injection. I'm betting he can make 400 ft lbs of torque with meth.

Tim,

Do you need the serial number for my AP? Someone mentioned that I am suppose to send you that information. If you do require them, I can email that tonight as I am at work. Please let me know. Thanks.

A couple people have already contacted me about this.

Go ahead and fill out the online tune request form.... no obligation at this step.

http://www.pdxtuning.com/tuningreq.htm

I'll set the dates for the next tuning trip this weekend. Early to Mid April.

Tim

Man oh man! I highly recommend Tim Bailey of PDXTuning to tune your subies. Tim worked his magic on my car yesterday and I was amazed at the outcome. Kyle and Matt double check your AP's firmware and make sure you have the latest update. We ran into problems with that one so check and update if necessary.

Thanks Tim for the tune! Tim had my car on the dyno for three hours, throwing up twice, and still working through it to pull roughly 280whp and 300wtq on my car. I think the final pull was 275whp and 296wtq on the 37th pull LOL. Anyways, thanks a lot Tim! I really appreciated the tune, and I definently will be back next time you're back to tune new stuff!

Thanks to paul @ YimiSport for setting this up...and for installing a last minute PITA crossover pipe.

Tim doesnt seem to stop until he is very satisfied with the tune.
The car feels much better compared to the AP maps.

Thanks again Tim for your patience and awesome work

#'s
233 whp & 243 torque
All I have is a turboback, grimmspeed crossover pipe and a drop in K & N filter...and im due for an oil change
