No problem, next year we will make it even better. Also thanks to all of the employees of McRee Subaru who worked their days off to help out at the event, and to Bob for working the day at McRee even with food poisoning.
Thanks to the Dale's for allowing such a great event to happen, and for wanting to be involved in the Subaru community. Also no thanks to Angela for auto-x for the first time and making me look bad Great event Barry, next year I will get you more sponsors |

Subaru meet at Gulf Grayhound Park/ March 4,2006
I had a great time hanging out, and watching the races. I was wondering about the big picture we all took together after the meet. I would like to see it. I was wondering if they were going to be on sale, or maybe online somewere to see. I was just wondering.

Thanks for a great event. My only gripe was the long wait between finishing at the track and the "banquet." Fortunately the Houston crew took me along for dinner to kill time.

If I had the time to stay another night it would've been fine, but judging by the number of people that didn't attend in the evening I'm guessing I was in the majority.

That was the point of the gap, so people would have time to relax and eat, or get cleaned up from the day in the hot sun. |

the thing is the gap might have been good for out of towners, but really sucked for the locals... I wasn't going to waste the time and gas to drive back home... then immediately turn around to drive back... |

The gap was for our out of town guest. Someone once mentioned if we had ever smelled an Auto-X driver after a day in the sun and car. I thought it was a decent idea at the time to get some of teh stink off.
Barry thanks again. |
