And I was talking in terms of horsepower numbers. 91 tunes make Californians cry for our luscious 93.
+1 anyone that thinks gas here is bad just doesnt have anything real to compare it too.

Haha, this is my first boosted car. So any noise feel etc. that happens on rare occasions and is usually nothing. makes me mildly freak out and try to figure out "what's wrong with my car"

Anyone go to Dandy mini marts? They use Williams Oil for their gas. (The owner is Randy Williams) and I believe it's American gas. And I've also been told that only the 87 is 10% Ethanol and 5% in the 89 and none in the 93. Was told this by workers in a couple diff PA stores.

castle creek exit on 81 has E85. I still have 4 55 gallon drums at my moms if someone needs one for storage. Please no one chime in telling my that you cant keep the stuff around for long as I know. Gotta pay too play so sometimes a 55 gallon drum is whats needed. Dont use much fuel, dont fill it up all the way.

Oh say on a side note Im coming back from the darkside as I bought a AP tune tune the forester. My boss Dave wants me more well versed in tuning with the AP...

reason I thought of this is I was just thinking how easy it would be for all of you too switch too a E85 map and back too pump gas since most of you are using a AP.

Not like you have too run it all the time just when you feel like having some extra go...

Does the guy at torquedperformance tune E85? Id assume so but does he need you to have a wide band? I think you need one for any tune these days but not all of us think that way.

Just a thought...

If its who I'm thinking of I know her boyfriend, they come into Sears and buy tires quite a bit, they've got quite a few Subarus and an Infinity that are well modded. I don't believe either of them post here.

Got my car back from Croteaus transmission today, put in a new clutch and what not for me. He dropped my trans case since I was having issues with first gear not wanting to engage all the time, saw virtually no wear on the synchro, or other gears in the case He thinks it may be the fact I had synth lube in the case.

If you need tranny work done, he's definitely the guy I'd go to, dealt with him a few times with my old truck. Very gruff, slightly more expensive, but very very good.

Back to the gas discussion, I asked at the Dandy by the Airport a while back since I'm up there all the time, the manager said the 93 up there is generally not used and sits for quite a while. So if you're anal retentive like me, I wouldn't get gas there.

That's probably the case for most 93 around here with the vast number of terrible cars driving around
