Thank you! I have big plans for it, and Im hoping that it will be complete by spring.
Tires on right now are Bridgestone RE070 but are getting swapped over winter for some new rubber

I was waiting for that
Ive had this car for some time now. I know the ins and outs and know exactly how this car has been maintained and kept up. I feel more comfortable building this car up and doing what I want verses buying a wrx that has been abused (not saying all are) Plus, I like proving people wrong when people say you cant do it. Ive talked to a few people with turbo'd 2.5i and I have a very good tuner Ill be going to. It should be a fun project.

I am not saying you cannot do it, it is your money. How much do turbo kits for the 2.5i run? Will you need all new fuel injectors, plugs, fuel pump ect? Good luck with the build

I didnt mean it in a bad way man lol, just saying i knew it was bound to come up sooner or later

Theres a couple different setups that are for sale, but I chose to build my own. Im in the process of building it now. Yes, i will need all that good stuff
Im pretty much complete with my setup. I just need my injectors, and my fuel pump. I have the turbo, the front mount, header, down pipe, up pipe, fuel pressure regulator, boost controller, blow off valve, sti front crossmember, and everything else needed. After everythings all done, the cars getting trailered down to CT to EFI for a tune

Look forward to seeing your progress. I am from CT and can say you won't regret taking it to EFI.

I have heard nothing but good things about them, so Im really looking forward to bringing the car down there. Im only an hour away from them, so its not bad at all.

without forged internals you will be very limited in the forced induction aspect of your build. I'd say E85/meth it and call it a day. Your car is way too beautiful to sink a ****-ton of money into it just to have the beast throw a rod one day.

IMO I'd try and find a donor WRX that has been totaled (preferably from the rear ) and swap the drivetrains. Much less headache. If you ever mess up or go crazy with your transplanted build, you will always have your well taken care-of 2.5i drivetrain to fall back on.

Beautiful, beautiful pristine example of a 2.5i... keep it that way!

I used to think the hawkeyes looked kinda weird, but I love yours. Kinda wish I got one instead of my '12 wrx

Fill out your profile btw.
