My Windows Phone 7 device has a text scanner and translator. I'm sure an Android or iPhone has something exactly the same, if not better.

I just scanned it from viewing on the monitor. You definitely want someone that can read Japanese to read that for you. I don't know anyone that's Japanese that can technical or automotive Japanese, only formal conversational level.

Had to re-bake open my headlights and get the mysterious cat hairs that got in there.. Lol that's what I get for doing everything at my parents house so I could use my dads garage heh. Also re-leveled and aimed them as one of them was crooked a little bit.

I can hook up the 3 port solenoid and the hoses to the turbo and wastegate. Just kinda confused on how to set the duty cycles. Do I just keep up'ing it until it hits my target boost?

yep, drop your current set values by about 30% and start from there.

Why bother replacing them? They're just useless glare machines anyway.

i guess I'm OCD about having one side burned out, I've always been a sucker for the front end lighting ever since i fell in love with the 22b imprezas and their excessive oversized fog lamps back in the day. I suppose i could just run with them off :P

Do they just plug right in to the stock socket and housings?

Make sure your waste gate pressure setting is correct or you will never be able to dial in your duty cycles.

Oh wow I didn't know there were factory option HID fogs. I wonder if that would be worth it instead of LEDs.

the LED replacement bulbs looked way more affordable, i haven't seen how they compare though, or if I'd need a completely new kit.

I may be wrong about them being OEM but my fog lamps already had xenon bulbs that match my headlights perfectly. And i swear i saw the xenon upgrade option when i was doing the "build your own" stuff on subaru.com

I'm pretty much in bed for tonight but tomorrow I'll go find the burned out bulb and give you some part numbers
