Default New legacy owner looking for some advice

I am going to become the owner of a 1999 legacy 2.5 gt wagon.

My sister was driving it for a few months and it got "backed into" which i think is no one else was there terms for "i hit something" this is all front end damage. SO she had some shop ghetto rig it to drive again, put an ugly aftermarket replacement grill with no emblem in the middle, and foamed in the original headlights that got really messed up. and just kinda banged the hood straight enough to open and close. The radiator support is ok, but got a tad bent up. The bumper is still in decent shape

it is going to need a new hood, a new grill emblem and/or a nicer looking grill. new headlights (my father bought new replacements, however i am thinking about some jdm's) oh and the bumper needs to be repainted. So after all this, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, the car has 145k on it, all fairly original, but does have most maintenance done to it.

I would like to refresh the whole suspension, probably change the brakes. might do a couple little mods to it, get the body work done to it. just make it a nice daily driver, however also maybe make it into a little bit of a modded car that will turn a couple heads since it is still a subaru wagon. let me know what you all think. i'll get some pics up later today or some other time soon.
