Definitely a little big, some embankments and entrances are "tricky." Dragicon was also using a wide lens.

I would attribute a little bit of the lag to the 1.06 hotside.

Nice Nick, now I just need to convince you of doing the Street legals at RMR next summer. It will help you be a more consistent driver and there isn't the Ego that comes in the Midnights. You will realize that fast because Even if you pull a 10 sec. 1/4 mile, you can and probably will lose to a cavalier that runs 17's Sure you get respect for your time, but "It doesn't matter if you win by and inch or a mile, winning is winning!"

Talk to John about strip racing, it really is fun and he will back me up on that.

At those power levels you should probably consider a full weld-in cage for your own safety.

Congrats on breaking 500 on the mustang dyno though.

That main straight for the full track IS INSANE!!!!!! I went down it on Johns 24.5 psi tune he gave me and I ended up hitting 150-ish mph on my Speedo before I had to Whale on the brakes. You should be able to bury the needle With an extra 130 whp than I have. The straight is about 3/4 of a mile ( a little less) and you better be on the brakes before you reach the signs that say 5-4-3-2-1 or you will be in the dirt at those speeds.

I did the FULL day with the full track and spent about $230 on Gas, lost 1/4 of my tread on my tires and quite a bit of my pads. I ended the day Mentally and physically wasted and a smile on my face.

With Street Legals, if you win for the night you get a trophy and $50 bucks It is definitely different than the road course, but it really is a pretty good adrenaline rush. My favorite part is just before you get to the burnout boxes, your heart starts beating and you get nervous and you pull up the the Staging lights and your looking at the guy next to you and watching the tree and your rev and Rip. I usually lose in Bracket racing but it is fun when they get a 4+ sec head start and I catch up to them

Did the 1.06 hotside came standard on the APS TSR70 turbo kit?

Nice numbers! I can only imagine how that car feels once fullboost kicks in.
Must be a bat out of hell! And for the record, what does a 06STi put down stock on Cobbs dyno? 210?

Stock STi's will be anywhere between 200-220 depending on how well they are broken in and if they have a freak motor. typically we assume it is around a 25-28% drivetrain loss from crank to wheels. He is a 630 hp STi.

A beast, straight up. At first it was honestly scary. Just doing a pull in 5th gear on the freeway the car wants to break loose on me and go shimmy sideways.

Thanks Stames! <---future ten second club member, no doubt!

At the time I purchased the kit, it did not. But due to a mishap in the body shop, my downpipe was damaged as well as the turbine's hotside. Needing it replaced we slapped on the 1.06.
