I'll post my '99LGT when I go pick it up here in the next couple of weeks. Anyone know what it takes to do an STi swap on it? I don't like automatics or NA cars.... so I have work ahead of me for sure.

Yeah there was a flooded out street one night and a guy on the sidewalk waving a flashlight at me as I rolled through. When I stopped at his driveway he was like "i was trying to tell you that the water is too deep, but you already went through the worst of it..."

He was going maybe 10 mph. When the Grand Am GT in front of me honkd he slowed to 5. The water barely cleared the lip of my wheel. If he had been more to the right I was gonna blow past

Nothing fancy here (CHEAP build...) but I thought I'd participate anyways. BD with WRX wheels and struts (which seem to sit a bit high in the front.)

Its an optical illusion, my car suffers from the same look. The front fender wells are larger than the rear. or it could just be that it hasn't settled.

Did you use the WRX springs as well or only the struts? WRX's are lighter in the rear than our BD's so it is likely that you're getting what everyone refers to as "saggy butt." I have the same deal going on with my BK wagon 'cause I'm using BD springs. Gonna swap those out this weekend to the proper springs (hopefully) though. There are companies out there that make top hat spacers to remedy the saggy butt issue if you're interested. Apparently they work really well.

I used the complete WRX strut/spring assembly. Thanks for spacer tip, but I think I'm just going to live with it. Ride and handling are both way improved (originals had 240,000km and WRX ones were less than 60,000km), so I can live with the looks for a while.

Downsized the wheels, 17" and stiff summer tires are just too much with the current suspension on the crap NYC roads. Borbet 16x7.5", fitting over the 12.3" Legacy GT rotors/Nissan 300zx 4 pot setup.
