Default weird CEL - O2 responce too slow

My car was damn near frozen stiff in the morning, i gave it about a min, min an' a half to warm up, then drove to work. About 5 minutes later i get a CEL. My trusty OBDII reader told me: Bank 1 O2 sensor slow responce.

What does it mean, and what caused it?

Thanks
Alex-

a slow 02 sensor, they tend to get non responsive after a while, 02 sensors are wear items, like pretty much any other part on the car...
