Went to TDY to Amsterdam for 3 weeks one time. The Dutch Air Force really
knows how to party! They'd shut down operations at like 1400 to go drink some beer at the chow hall.

TDY: I taught chemistry at the Naval Academy Preperatory School for a few months after graduation. It was a good deal just because I got Annapolis BAH plus per diem on damn near no living expenses. That just about covered the cost of my wheels and tires, my suspension setup, and an engagement ring. Plus, Newport is a nice town. I didn't really appreciate just how nice a town it is until I came down here to south Texas.
