Default WHAT THE!! This cant be right.

Hi, i just dropped off my car at a local subaru dealership, and they guy called back within an hour saying that there is a lot of dirt in my engine bay, so he thinks i've been offroading so he's not gonna fix anything.

Also, he said that since i have ALK, swaybar links, and swaybar that has voided my warranty, and they wont do any future work on my car!!!

It sounds like the opened the hood, looked inside, and called me.

What should i do??

Alex-

Have them put it in writing, than go get a lawyer...They have to prove abuse, they are trying to intimidate you into rolling over and paying out of your pocket. Same with the suspension, for that go to sema's website and print out all the info and go back to show you know the laws and aren't going to lay down and take it.

Whoa, there F. Lee Bailey... Before you sue anybody, how about a few more details. What sort of work were you in there for? Was it anything related to any mods you may have done? etc...
