Jesus, just the 3 posts on that last page makes me want to round up all those people, glue them to their chairs, and make them sit through 2nd grade English class again.

This sounds so much like what Keith and Asinine write, its hilarious. This guy is 29 yrs old going on 14.
Quote:

I down shifted faster than he did so I got the jump. There was a lil bit of traffic so we were weaving in and out for quite some time at speeds between 90 and 120mph...but he never caught up. Now I think an Evo should smoke my fairly stock RL. But he never had the juice to catch up to me...even when the traffic mellowed out and he had a straight shot.

We were doing this for about 15 mins......when I got to Walnut Creek, a 350Z decided to join the mix. Again, weaving in and out of traffic.....Evo behind us both. Did this for another 10 mins till I hit my exit in Concord.....the 350Z was drafting me too and still couldn't catch up!!!! May have been an automatic....but couldn't tell.

Regardless....I SMOKED an Evo and a 350Z at the same time!!! They cost up to 2x what an RL does!! Damn I love my Saturn

Yeah, I'm not reading that. I assume he was racing, trying to kill people, while the other cars were just driving normally.

Somebody needs to tell the Saturn owner that the EVO and 350Z weren't racing.

I think StuBeck's got a handle on it - the saturn was the only one racing.

Due to the huge signatures with mod lists that include "Duralast battery".

I'm pretty sure any guy that's "a full time single dad with 2 beautiful girls" is pretty much at the top of the d-bag, punk-ass scale for risking his life to race on the highway in his Saturn. Those kids have no parents if he kills himself on 680... IMO, driving like that is child endangerment whether they're in the car or not.

Well in the past I would have agreed with you, HOWEVER the Sky Redline is hot and fast (300 hp 300 ft/lbs), I almost got one, but I liked the looks of the Solstice GXP better and both have the same engine and turbo.

I'm sorry, reading that lot is like listening to mustang drivers brag about their straight liners and still get beaten by a 4 banger.. plus I hate saturns, with a passion.
