I think the wheels are killing the car. Go with a wider 17x9 or 17x10 around +35 offset. This way you can get the concave look you are going for. I just don't think these wheels in any color will justify your car in the end especially since you said you want concave and those have none. Just an opinion though not criticizing your ride.

Not a great picture (haven't had time to have an actual 'shoot' yet), but my car has changed quite a bit since I got it so I figured I'd throw an update here.

On a side note, has anyone seen transparent fog light covers for a bugeye? like the ones that are solid plastic but transparent instead of an opaque colored cover.

I want some rota grids 17x9 et 30. But I need to sell the 18's first, I'm going to paint them black to try and sell them quicker

Honestly.

1. Paint side skirt.
2. Front lip.
3. Change the overlay on the fogs to a red gel to match your wheels.
4. Red side markers... get some clear and use gel.
5. Red I badge... or something like that

Ehhh, I don't think red overlays would look good on the fogs.

Prolly not but yellow + red = ketchup and mustard.

I def. would not mix the two. If it were mine.. silver covers with the standard STI stickers in red would look decent.

In winter mode now (wheels/blizzaks, fog covers off) -- transitioned from STi to WRX sideskirts and painted them this weekend, here are some crummy pictures

But now the back flows MUCHHHHHHHHH better

But seriously, I have never done this, even stopped on the steepest of hills around my area.

And releasing the clutch faster than usual means I can't drive a manual? Haha, no. Just compliment that with more throttle.

I have tried it, you really gotta focus, I think. I tried it while at the drag strip too to try and get a good launch.

Just a quick picture from a drive I took tonight..
