Default 15x6's that clear 4-pots? For real, yes or no?

15x6, e45 alloy sport edition E3

Tire rack offers it as a winter pkg w/ 205 60 15's

<insert borked link here>

Is this for real?

Sorry, I meant without spending $1000 a set. I know the gravel wheels would clear, but $75 sport editions?

In my experience, if TireRack says it fits, it fits.

There was a snow tire thread 'round here last year in October/November where someone had those same 15" Sport Editions on a '06 WRX with Pirelli Winter Carvings and they fit no problem. I'll leave that to master search engine tweakers.

Yes, they definitely fit.

They DO NOT fit the older 2-pots though. It's important to remember that the 4-pot calipers are SHORTER than the 2-pots, but they are wider(thicker). The 2-pots actually require the taller wheel between the two.

Exactly, most of the 15" wheel threads don't seem to make that destinction. What clears the earlier WRX 2 pots may not clear the 4 pots and vise versa. Even vendors like Rallispec only seem to mention that a certain wheel clears one (usually the 4 pots), but their is no mention of the other (2 pots).

Having an '02, I want to know of presently available 15" wheels that clear the 2 pots.
