Just curious, what did you do with your old exhaust system? Trade in?

In case you missed it on the last page: Blouch 20G-XT-R

Tuned to 24psi. Here's the plot:

The car made 426WHP and 438WTQ on Virtual Dyno. It feels great!

Big thanks for Nuke for tuning me all along the way! NF Performance

Probably a built shortblock for a bit more durability. Power should be good for a while

i think it looks more sleek w/o the scoop although I don't think the extra air flow the engine cooling would hurt anything

Its less aggressive, but isn't that the point of the sleeper look? hey look its an imprezza with bikes on the roof and an extra radiator...and then you unleash the 426 VAWHP

Yeah, the 3G scoops really do look good, huh....

Yeah, I do like the sleeper look. That's kinda what I'm going for.

But I do feel the scoopless hood should provide better airflow through the FMIC. Having a scoop would probably cool the engine bay a bit more, but it would create air flow/pressure behind the FMIC. Air pressure behind the FMIC would reduce flow through the core and reduce cooling. All of this is just guessing though. Scoop or no scoop probably really doesn't make much of a difference on a FMIC setup.

Yup, hope it lasts longer than yours!

No, forgot to ask. I'll see if Nuke has that number handy.

Yes, cause 0-60 in 3.0 seconds really matters and a hood scoop would dramatically affect it, lol.

What I am saying is this thing could be a brick on wheels as far as aerodynamics go. That (soon to be blown, lol ) engine is crazy powerful now!

Any plans for a 6 speed tranny in the future? You are throwing a lot of power at that 5 speed.

Motor build first. Then I'll think about the tranny. I try not to beat on it in hopes it will last a little while.
