2013 Wrx Special Edition

Hello fellas,

I would like to order a 2013 WRX special Edition from the US. Does anyone here has order a new WRX or any Subaru from the US because everywhere I called they said NO to me because of SOA or Subaru Canada restrictions. They said SOA can penilize them if they sell a brand new Subaru to Canadians.

I'm pretty sure you can buy one, just not in the states that are close to the border.
