Default factory ECU reflash?

i have an 02 wrx with full catless exhaust an up pipe and a drop in k&n. I had the factory ecu dyno tuned using the ecutek. When i first got it back it ran great. Just recently it developed a hestation/loss of power from 4500rpms to 5500 rpms. I also noticed when im cruising on the highway if a let off the gas then give it a 1/2 throttle the boost flucuates from 8 to 10 psi for a couple seconds then it settles at 10psi unless i give it more throttle. Could this be a reflash problem or do I have a A/F sensor going bad or maybe the MAF sensor messing up. Any ideas?
