Need advice on weather or not to install my Whiteline sway bar or wait.
Ok, Im in on the group buy for the Bilstein struts and Yellow springs from GTWorx and according to the 'worx a 22mm front and 22mm rear bar set up should work great. So I ordered Whiteline 22/22 adjustables. Today I received the 22 rear but the 22 front is on backorder. My question is will I upset the cars handling too much if I just put the back on now and set it to the softest setting. Im itching to find out. As I recall the OEM bar is a 16mm on 2009 WRX's and a 22mm is a big jump from 16mm.
And along the same line of questioning, if you have a Whiteline 22mm adjustable swaybar is the softest setting equivalent to a 22mm non-adjustable or is it the medium or hard setting? I seem to recal a Whiteline (or maybe it was another manuf.) chart of % increases for various bar sizes. Does anyone else recall thisa and know where to find it?

Go ahead and put it on, play with the different settings, from soft to firm, nothing can go wrong except an over zealous driver.

put it on.
the fewer thing you change at once, the more you learn about car setup. |

you can put it on but get a feel for it before you drive the car hard becausethe car is going to be a lot more prone to oversteer
