Does anyone know where to get an MRI rear subframe/differential cradle AND a GTSpec front subframe at the same time?
My 2002 WRX Sedan is headed to the shop to have a 2007 STi rear end grafted on along with several replacement parts. The plan is as follows: Remove all audio equipment and trunk carpet Order parts for subframe and hardware replacement Installation of- Cusco rear swaybar mount brace Perrin HD rear swaybar mounts Cusco T Braces SPT H Brace Cusco rear trailing arms Turn In Concepts rear trailing arm bushing kit STi forged front control arms Beatrush 3pc. full body skidplate While the work is being done, we need the subframes, and I'd prefer to get them all at once. If you guys know of a vendor with reasonable prices who carry GTSpec as well as MRT/MRI, the sooner the better. Widebody kit completed about 8 days ago: We are painting 01G Platinum again, but brushing in the stripes this time. Sparco is sending us floating decals for finish before clearcoat. Please excuse the primer blends... it's a lot worse from the front, the ChargeSpeed brake duct install required complete refinishing of the fog light area... age had chipped the plastic a bit, and really getting a 2013 car out of this has been a challenge. Pic: Cusco ZeroS full race chassis package, 1.25" wider overall. 10/29/12. |

I've always felt that set up doesn't match from front to rear. Boxy front lip and strakes, and the sharp rear strakes and rear apron looks off. It's a solid build, I just don't think it looks balanced at all. My .02$.

Wheel colors
So since I have the wheels off I'm trying to decide on a color. But its hard to find something that will go with the WRB. I don't like green or yellows so those colors are out. Had these done in the photoshop thread and just looking for some opinions on the colors or even color suggestions. I don't think I'm 100% go on any of them although in person it might be a different story.

I personally like the red. But with the cf hood, black lip and black sideskirts i think some black wheels would look good too

Try flat black. It should work with wrb and your hood.

Silver or lighter shade of bronze everything else looks like ass. Dude you get it enough about the scoop I don't want to waste my breath because you seem sold on it but...it does not flow at all with your car which for the most part is not to shaby. Its like a hot chick with a huge out of place nose.
Once again IMOs are like ***holes |

Not really. I just don't understand why everyone gets so upset and butthurt when someone does something with a valid, functional reason (rallycross), but when people lower their car so much that the lip scrapes on the ground if they have a passenger or groceries in the car everyone claps and cheers, because ERMAGERRRD IT LOOKS SO AWESOME
To each his own, I guess. But there's no application where 'slamming' the car makes it perform better. Is this also, as you said, ****ing horrendous, then? |

You will still get butt hurt folks about the low cars too just as much making your car look like monster truck. I think you wont find many here that don't know about these cars racing origins.
