Got a question for people with spring I have a 2012 sti 4 door I know some kits on the four doors the back is lower then the front I am looking for a nice set of spring that lower the car no more then 1.5 but still drive nice and give some better handling just can't stand the rear being lower then the front

From what I hear and have read, it seems like swift is the best. I think I would say Tanabe after that. I will probably go with swifts when I get springs, don't want to lower too much my lip already scrapes.

FYI...the car's rear is already lower from the factory. Every spring will be designed around that....and not to create the racked look people go after. You want a racked look?
...swap the front springs only.

Even with SWIFT springs, the gap is about 1/4" smaller in the rear.

Yeah I know. It just doesn't look as bad on the swifts to me. Maybe because it doesn't drop it as much as the others?

It definitely is minimal, but can feel a good difference in aggressive riding. Feels a bit more planted which I like, and it isn't to stiff for daily driving over Seattle roads...

Definitely would need some wider tires or spacers though to help eliminate what looks to be wheel gap (a lot of it is shadowing and fact that the wheels don't come out far enough (with the stock 17x8's)

Looks good man. If I might make a suggestion. I would get some 1" black vinyl and do your chrome window trim. That would look sharp.

Did you vinyl your side bumper vents or plasti dip them? I had one come off on the freeway and my replacement is unpainted so I'm going to either vinyl flat black or plasti dip them both now. It looks like it might be hard to vinyl. mine is swp as well, can you post more pics so I can see what mine might look like?

The side vents I sanded, primed, painted in a flat black. The fog inserts I vinyled since it's a flat piece and I wasn't sure if I'd like it. You're right, with the side vents, nearly impossible to vinyl (and do a good job) because of the bends. You could check my Flickr where most of the pictures I take of the car are stored... Here are a couple though:
