Default Interior modifications to 2.0i?

I was curious if anybody has done any modifications to the Interior or exterior of the 2.0i Impreza. I was considering doing a Carbon Fiber Vinyl interior accent, but I don't want it to look tacky. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated, and also if you have done any interior modifications, please leave some pictures!

Where are you thinking you would apply this? On the brushed silver trim near the glove compartment? Where else?

Go for it. If you change your mind later its removable or wrap with something else.

Dont wait for approval to enjoy tinkering.

As far as interior mods for me, just red dome light to match the red backlight theme, footwell leds hopefully soon.

So far, my interior modifications include a Pioneer head unit and a Lathe Werks shift knob. I'm open to other ideas to make it seem a little less cheap in there.

This is extremely minor but I've changed all the ****ty incandescent lights (ALL, except the ones illuminating the gauges, I'd probably kill my car if I did that) to cool white LEDs and it feels nicer on my eyes while being twice as bright inside.

What do you think of the Leather Steering wheel wrap? I'm considering getting one. Also a tom tom or garmin.

Does your Bluetooth still work with that unit? I'm def going to upgrade my stereo soon just don't want to loose steering wheel controls and Bluetooth feature.

Here's my thread about it. The pics you'll see are before I hard-wired the TomTom/radar detector:

And here are pics of the TomTom/radar detector hard wired:

I've got the base model, so the car didn't come with steering wheel controls or bluetooth.

If you have the steering wheel controls, there's a wiring harness made by a guy on here called SVXDC that makes it easier to get them to work with an aftermarket HU. If you do a search for "SVXDC Harness" or something like that, you should find everything you need.

My new head unit has bluetooth, and came with a microphone. I don't think the stock microphone is compatible with the Pioneer head unit, but that's not something I had to deal with.

I was wondering if there were aluminum accent pieces for the interior. Specifically the silver plastic piece. When I had my touareg it had aluminum where the plastic piece is in the impreza and it looked really nice. Granted apples to oranges but the impreza interior isn't too far off.
