whats wrong with my STI?
Access port is reading 11volts. No CELS. Dash lights flash really quick. I reset the ecu and flashed to stock from stage 2. Pleases Help. Video link below.

Alternator? That would be my guess with the lack of power to turn over the motor and the low voltage.

Put the key in and turn it to the ON position, and let it sit for 5-10 seconds. Then turn it to the START position, and try to start it up. Sometimes the ECU needs to re-initialize the ROM after flashing, and starting up a freshly flashed car can cause exactly what you're seeing. Did the flash complete 100% successfully?
If that doesn't work, I'd check your battery. It sounds like it might be dead, especially since you're only seeing 11 volts. Should be 12 while off, and 13.x or so when running I believe. |

+1 for what Acejam said. let it sit for a minute before trying to crank. If it's not going to do so (like what we saw in the video) don't just keep trying to crank it. It looks like your ECU is initializing the start-up sequence over and over again. While probably not exactly bad for the car, can't be helping anything.
If letting it sit for a few seconds before trying doesn't work, turn it off and start pulling some voltages. Forget about what the AP is reading, see what a multimeter is reading across the battery terminals. If you're at 11 or less, your battery is probably toast. If you jump it and do get it going, then see what the AP says. It could be you have a bad alternator as well that's not charging the battery. Really easy fix and a relatively cheap part. Also, double check to make sure that the flash was completed on the AP. Back when the AP first came out, there were a billion and one threads about people's cars being dead because they didn't let the flash complete all the way. Make sure you did so. Let us know what the multimeter reads out. If you don't have one, invest in even a cheapo one from Radio Shack. |

Mine did that once before ('06 STI) and one of my battery terminals had some corrosion so I cleaned it up and it hasn't happened since. No proof that that was the problem, just sharing my experience and what seemed to fix it.

I bought a new battery and it started up. The car sits in my driveway a lot since I commute on the train now so maybe that was why it discharged. I'll measure it with the DMM and see if my alternator is doing its job.
