how do i post decent pix on the forum?
how do you guys post pictures that are bigger than 20K?

Well first, it's quite possible to make a decent photo under 20K using sensible cropping and scaling, and heavy duty JPEG compression. The photo I posted of myself in that other thread is 6.78K.
That being said, if anybody needs images hosted, E-mail em to me and I'll throw them up on my web server. They have to be small though because I have a pretty lean quota. |

I would be glad to do the same; got an A1000 array on our home www server, plenty of room. Maybe I will set up a secured upload for I-club members, hmmmm... ftp can be touchy through the firewall, I'll throw it in the DMZ and let everyone know where they can post.
