well, they are both the same diffuser
you can get the one with mounts or get the one without and make up your own mounts. i chose to get the one with oem mounts and bolted tha bad boy up. |

OR you can drill through the spare tire well (with spare tire out of course) and put carriage bolts through, thats what I did.

do you have access to a welder and welding skills?
or have a friend who matches this description? if not the weld on brackets will be paperweights in your house somewhere. I got the brackets and had my buddy weld them on for me. it's a bit of a fiddly job, but worthwhile (to me). |

To recap, you have three choices:
Diffuser w/drill & bolt on brackets Diffuser w/weld on brackets Diffuser w/Cusco frame bar -- no drilling or welding. All use the same factory diffuser. The only other difference is that the first two utilize all 5 mounting points on the diffuser. The last uses only 4 mounting points -- it does not use the center one. This is not a problem at all -- I have the Cusco kit. Good luck on your choice. Happy Motoring! |

FWIW the bolt on one is easy-peasy to install, and looks nice.
