I edited this post and somehow double posted- mods please delete either one.

Target Boost: 33
Target AFR: 11.3
Fuel: E70 (winter blend)
Engine/Power Modifications:

AEM EMS V1
2005 EJ257 Block sleeved by Benson
CP Pistons 99.5mm (moly coated skirts, ceramic crowns)
Carrillo Pro H beam rods, Carrillo bolts
Heat treated oem crank
King bearings
2006 Sti AVCS heads, ported
GSC Stage 2 cams (272, AVCS)
BC +1mm intake/exhaust valves
BC springs, titanium retainers
ARP L19 Studs
08 Sti oil pump, 11mm
TGV deletes
AP Fuel rails
Aeromotive FPR
ID2200cc injectors
Integrated Engineering Surge tank with Dual bosch 044 pumps
Cosworth Intake manifold (reverse mount)
Treadstone fmic core
Full Race Twinscroll T4 rotated turbo kit
BorgWarner EFR 9180 EWG 1.05 T4

Finally got to put the EFR through it's paces. I had previously run the S300SX 91-79 .91 AR on the car and was pretty happy with it.
I am AMAZED that a 94lb/min turbo is spooling 400-500rpm sooner than the older 82lb/min turbo.
On the first trip to the dyno last week I ran my 2007 STi RE090 tires which have good tread but are very dry. The car made 805/636 SAE at 33psi, but I suspected the tires were spinning. Here's a graph of those pulls:

And a graph vs the old 91-79- The 91-79 was at 34psi.

I decided to try the dyno again yesterday, this time with my drag radials. The results were that the car held traction better to about 6500rpm, then let go hard. The tune and boost were untouched from the previous dyno.

Now, SAE numbers are great for bragging rights, but we are at 5400' and our correction factor is pretty high. Here is the uncorrected graph, which in my opinion is still a lot of power for this altitude, at only 33psi ( I want to run 37-38 but need traction). A stage 2 STi only makes 250 uncorrected on this dyno.

Someone want to help me embed these?

Update
Decided to dial in the new AEM EMS and turn it up a little more. Car really liked that extra 3 psi of boost!

New numbers:

For the purists, uncorrected numbers:

All on winter blend E70 from Valero.

Simply stupendous!

How does the efr compare to the old sx for drivability?

Night and day difference. The efr is so much more responsive and spools at least 500rpm sooner.

Why don't you just scale the graph the same on both axis? Nice pickup in power.

That was bugging me too so last time I went by the shop I pulled the runfiles and did just that.

Our correction factor here is high, 17% that day- because we live at 5400'. Uncorrected was 772 which is still a lot for a dyno that stock sti's dyno around 200-210 uncorrected on.

This numbers are insane. How does the car drive though? Sure it's an STi but you are putting 900 hp onto the chassis of an economy car.
