Hey, thanks for pointing out my letter... I was pretty surprised that they actaully printed it.

If there was one thing about getting my Rex that pissed me off it was dealing with the dealers who thought the WRX was god's gift to Subaru. I was upset about my treatment at AMD for a couple of days.. I finally went down to Worcester to test drive one. Subaru of America's gotta do something about this. All their ads include the call to action to visit a local dealer to test drive one, but you can't test drive one! Man, I'm betting upset again. Better stop writing...

Writing to SOA isn't going to do you much good with dealer experiences in the New England. All dealerships up here are franchises of the great and powerful Boch, iirc.
