Follow these steps... Mine installed just fine and I then installed it manually also so that wasn't an issue for me.

You should use this order:
Start car...
Computer on
BFM cable plugged in
OpenPort2 or VAG-COM cable plugged into car and computer
Start up RR Logger
If using VAG-COM select its COM port (not needed for OpenPort2 cable)
Select COM port in Plugin menu for AEM UEGO 9600
Select an ECU parameter such as Engine Speed (Logger should now be updating)
Select External sensor AEM UEGO 9600

What problem are you having with it?

solid, ill try that procedure next time. Im fairly certain thats the procedure i use but it's been awhile since i tried. It sucks b/c a year ago i got it all setup and logged everything fine for six months or so. didn't log anything until thist past fall when i tried to log my buddies sti and it just wouldn't recognize the cable in RR. I had updated RR and ecuflash and Win7 so I didn't know which one it was. I did try earlier versions of RR with no luck and even used my buddies alienware laptop with no success. My computer recognizes the cable but just can't get it to pull up any data in RR. I need to finish tuning w/Mikey b/c my partial throttle is all off but all i can send him now are videos of my afr gauge

actually i found the directions I had been using before. These seem fairly similiar to yours

1. OP2 & WB02 plugged into the car
2. Start up the computer with nothing plugged in
3. Let the computer fully boot and start RR Logger
4. Start up the car or at least move ignition to the ON position
5. Plug in the OP2 & WB02 connections
6. RR Logger finds and connects to the ECU
7. Load profile as required
8. Confirm WB02 COM port is correct (actually if I see it in the RR main COM list then I know it is)
9. Switch to the Externals tab and check the WB02 item
10. Log as needed

I inatalled a h4 xentec flex bixenon 6k H I D kit and its installed properly, and only the passenger side works for both hi and low. The driver side.dose not work niether highs or lows. I put the halogens back in and they work for highs and lows. if nothings wrong with the H I D kit what would be wrong with the car to cause the H I D kit to not work on the driver side?

made some tweaks and flashed a new map n data logged yesterday afternoon. Yesterday evening tweaked some more and loaded new map this morning.

Throttle response now nice n crisp .. car pulls solid n smooth. Also, for some reason, without changing the wgdc tables any at all.. just the temperature change outside has put my boost back on its targets. hmm.. Apparently it really loves cold weather, even with cold weather temp comps set to pull 1.5psi at 50* F and 2psi@ 32* F Its still 1-1.5psi over target on wot pulls when its cold out.
