stock RS front calipers -- yes, any subaru 5x100 15" wheel. I would recommend the old 15" legacy GT wheel... a 5 star that weighs something on the order of 12lb.

dunno about the WRX 4pots though. might ask Paul Eklund.

Try the raceline rally rims... One of our members just got them for his 92 Legacy Gt Turbo rally car... very strong rim and a good price... I think it was 82pounds per rim and they look good...

He bought them from Deamon-Tweaks....

The Racelines are very strong, we use them on the Rocket Rally Car. If Pat Richard can't break them nobody can. They will also fit over 11.75" rotors and Wilwood Superlite 4 pot calipers so they should certainly fit over WRX brakes. You can get them from Mike Shields at SPD Tuning as well.

I'm in the same boat, although I'm using mine for auto-x tires vice rallying. I currently have the thick 5 spoke Legacy L model take-offs (from the Tire Rack). I originally got those for my winter tires, and now they have my Kumhos on them. As mentioned above, no problems fitting the stock calipers, but I don't think there's enough room for calipers that are much bigger.

I've talked to Mike Shields about getting some 15x7" RL-7s - he has some on order, should be to him in a couple weeks.
