Default My Bugeye was totaled :( ...But here's the new ride!

Well guys! It was a long journey with my 2002 Bugeye. Got it back in 2006 with 40k miles, and was recently hit head on by some foolish female about three months ago. Luckily I was safe and not seriously injured, but they totaled out my baby. Anywho, since then I wanted something a little more luxurious but still on the sporty side and could accommodate my 4 year old son. So I went with a 2011 G37-S Sedan...So far I love the car, it's definitely heavier but only 80lbs shy of the G37 coupe and still has power. Bang for the buck ride.. 330bhp, Paddle shifters, Big brake kit, Seat warmers / Black leather / Touchscreen Navi / Reverse camera with sonar. I'm going to miss you guys/these forums lol .. (All modding on G37 was done by me)

If by over priced you mean:

Better looking
Better interior
Better Name
Better Car

then you're correct. Which all comes at a price.

I think we all agree that when it comes to us car enthusiast we can spot the differences from a mile away!! But if i were to slap some infiniti badges on my moms 2013 altima nobody would know the difference. Thats all I was saying!!

Really!? the name? are you serious? this makes a car better or worse????
Never crossed my mind that this was a factor in the decision making progress

Oh god.. There's always one of you trolls on Nasioc...Thanks? Did your ex-gf date someone with an Infiniti or something? Geeze lol... I could tell you're not an appreciative true car enthusiast? ... Doesn't matter if its a G37? 370Z? IS350? EVO? That's like saying a "lexus is-F" is an over-priced "Toyota".. like uhhh? That's pretty close minded. Or It that's like saying an STI is an over priced 2.5 Impreza...Every car has it's perks and this Infiniti has it's perks/benefits over a basic Nissan Altima/Maxima/370Z... I get the same ENGINE and a TUNED SUSPENSION and BIG BRAKES as a TOURING 370Z, plus the luxury/comfort and awesome body style (reverse cam, seat warmers, touch screen navi, paddles, 20x better interior)...Plus, comparing a ''Nissan'' 370z Touring/Nismo to an ''infiniti'' G37 there's not much price difference... And, my brother knows the owner of the Infiniti dealer so believe me when I say I did not pay what you think for this ''over priced'' car.

And ok, slap a Nissan badge on the G37 lol.. You still don't get the 330bhp 3.7 engine that can handle a twin turbo/supercharger upgrade, big brake kit, tuned suspension, luxury perks.

Oh god, I'm not butt hurt ''bro''. Just trying to convince you otherwise. haha... Anywho... Suby is still on my blood and I do plan on buying an STI in a few years. Plus, there's nothing wrong with a Nissan! My brother has a lovely GTR in which alot of people seem to admire.

Not butt hurt, it's just not needed at all. I would take a G37 over a Maxima or Altima all day..

Too each his own. If you like it in the end that's all that matters. For the money spent I would have opted for a look that doesn't scream "boy racer got his hands on a g37."

To each is their own is correct. I think boy racer would be more adding carbon fiber trunk/hood, yellow fogs, carbon trims, some te-37 volks and a loud fart can. I was actually going for the BMW/M5 look with the wheels and gloss blacked out trims/roof and a clean simple approach. But yeah. plus I'm 25, and well over the "my car is faster than yours let's race on the street'' phase.
