Forced induction on 2001 Legacy GT
My wife is telling me now that the Legacy especially with automatic is lacking power. So I'm looking into forced induction. I've read some articles from SCC on some turbo installation with parts from Vishnu on the 2.5RS Impreza. Since it's the same engine, I could probably use it on the Legacy. Also Cobb Tuning offers some turbo kits for the Impreza but didn't see one for the Legacy. But then, I'm wondering for daily driving the Rimmer Supercharger would be a better install. It's just a bolt on and can probably be bolted-off if we no longer want it on there.
http://www.rimmersuperchargers.com/subaru.html What is your take on this? Thanks. |
