Post Side by Side (B4 & WRX STi)

Thought you WRX owners and owners-to-be might enjoy this shot.

Here's a nice shot of my B4 running side by side up a mountain with the new WRX STi taken during an outing a few weeks ago...

<IMG SRC="http://www.lumine.net/subaru/legacyb4/specs/media/24.jpg" border=0>

Cheers.

Cool

Nice picture. I'm jealous. Have you driven the STI yet? What's the difference between the performance and handling of the B4 versus the WRX? I own an old Legacy Turbo that just keeps going (ten years and 150K miles) and I keep hoping they will bring the B4 here. There have been rumors of perhaps a 2.5T Legacy coming here.

Thats awsome. You guys get all the cool cars in Japan. We get so jacked stated side. If I want a car that does bad in a crash test I want a car that does bad. Stupid government trying to protect everyone. If you want a safe car you should buy one but if you don't want one you should be able to get one that is unsafe by U.S. standards.

You said it right about safety. Those of in safe cars or not safecars are in mor Danger from SUV's (Stupid Ugly Vehicles). IMHO even the most dangerouse WRX in any flavor is safer than all SUV's. They can avoid and accident with steering and braking. The U.S. goV. should allow us to get the STI. Oh ya while I am on a rant the EPA should allow us to bring the STI and other high performance jap cars here. An SUV that gets 12 highway and 9 City must polute even more than an STI.

Just a rant.

How come you are driving on the wrong side of the road? And what are those funny squiggles on the signs? Graffiti?

LOL to the responses!

Out here in Japan, we drive on the left side of the road which means the driver sits on the right side of the car...

Good call on the signs... in (descending) order, the signs read "Use engine braking..."

This is only one of the nice mountain roads we have around the city which allow for pretty uninhibited driving and letting the horses out!

Cheers.
