I believe its an actual JDM lip...don't know which version. Have seen it pop up on ebay once in while searching keywords "sf5 forester". Might be on japanparts.com too

Its an actual JDM STi type II lip for the 01-02 forester STi overseas. Nabbed it off ebay for a somewhat ridiculous price.

Keyword search "Subaru SF5" and you will find goodies from time to time, but be warned, they are expensive. I see a front bumper with the lip attached and the wider opening for a FMIC on there for almost $1k at the moment... unpainted.

Japanparts will have it too, but again... $$$$.
