Can someone forward this to the executives at Subaru and get them in a room and ask how they let a car, like the 2015, come off the line like this? Several YouTube videos dedicated to this subject can't be good.

On a positive note, if you're looking for a cheap alternative to dynamat, I found a product at Home Depot called Protecto Wrap. Completely eliminated the rattle in the back deck. I'll post more later.

Interesting, I've just used rtv silicone.
I took out the clip, and put some on both parts, then just put it back in

Oh man my rear brake light on my 2015 is driving me nuts. Been trying to get it to stop rattling for a while now. Tried all sorts of ghetto things. I think the rattle might be INSIDE the light. The whole assembly is so shoddy its ridiculous.

Subaru will warranty the rattles. I took mine in this week. I had three rattles that could be heard on pretty much any road that wasn't newer asphalt. They put foam in the A-pillars and rear deck, and now they are gone. At least to the point where they aren't audible or distracting with any sort of ambient noise. Worth a shot to take it to a dealer if you're in warranty.

I stay away from the dealer unless it's something catastrophic. Nothing drives me crazier then leaving my car with someone for x number of days.
