Default Need lights aimed 45+ from center for 06/07 WRX

I'm sick of driving at night and not being able to see anything that's not within the 60 degree or so forward cone of the headlights. The fogs don't help much either.

Without putting on a rally pod on the hood (this is a daily driver), what options do I have to add some kind of light to illuminate a wider field of view?

I don't care about HID bright/white... I just care about simply being able to SEE a wider field of view, and higher view. (I drive some windy, hilly roads at night.)
