Default Boxing Day shopping results

Wasn't at the top of my list of things for the car right now, but couldn't pass up the deal.

Mopac quoted $414 2.5 years ago. They actually had a bit of a Boxing Day sale goin on, plus my bros who picked it up knows an 'Eric' there. Got it for $312, figure I couldn't beat that for the actual Borla unit. Weirdest thing, they actually had 1 in stock! So no $25 special order charge.

No gaskets or bolts, but I do have a beautiful laser AutoCAD printout (for copying ) The flanges are welded by machine to the pipe, and the pipes are welded by hand to the collectors. My welding friend was indifferent about the hand-welded part. He said they look like they were done by on a guy rushing a bit on an assembly line.

What did you guys get?

$25 "special order charge"???? What BS.

I got a Garmin Nuvi GPS on Dell's site for 1/2 price ($150) plus free shipping....short of that, I worked all day on Boxing Day.

I picked up the Garmin Nuvi 360 GPS system for $139+taxes at Futureshop. It's a great system, but I sold it to my friend a few days later at cost since I didn't really need it

I bought most of my toys when we moved into the new house, so there wasn't much incentive to go out on Boxing Day. Instead, we had family over.

But seeing that Borla header, wow.
Amazing that you snagged a Borla for just over 300 bucks, when most headers are in the $600+ range usd.

Good deal man!
