Not sure if any of you still follows this thread but I figured I would post this up
2007 sti
built engine (tuned by Dave Brown)- performance auto solutions Deer park NY
turbo: 1.5xtr 10cm IWG
ETS top mount
invidia race elh
indicated 3/4 fuel
63* outside temp
235/45/17 michelin ss 25.4 diameter (gps said 102-103 at an indicated 100mph speedo

Dont know if I should start the clock at 48 mph and end at 98 ? or if that even makes a difference with the tall tires..
Either way approx 3.6 seconds

A little hard to see with the sun glare but, but i have vid with my friend in the car that did 3.7..

e85 but i didnt test it
I checked with a stop watch but maybe the OP can get us a more accurate time

Heads are ported with gsc stage 1 cams
compression is 8.66:1
also has a custom 64mm TB
stock sleeves as this car only has 24k miles on it
And the typical internal upgrades

Must be running some major boost.

Edit: here's a timeslip (post 583) which seems to match nicely up with your figures. 29psi on race gas and into the tens.

New video with VF52 installed...

Vehicle: 2009 FXT Limited
Motor: Bone stock EJ255
Turbo: VF52
Boost: 23psi peak tapering to 17psi by redline
Transmission: Bone stock 4EAT
Redline: 6500rpm
Upgrades: 2012 STI struts, springs, and rear sway bar, 2011 STI wheels and tires, Motorsport-Tech wheel adapters, Megan Racing catless downpipe, SPT catback, Hallman MBC, Walbro 255, DW1000cc injectors, and E85....thats it...

Weight: 3653lbs including driver
50-100mph time: 6.27 sec

didn't fully launch it, have a slight leak at the uppipe to turbo gasket, and was only about 90% done tuning it, but figured it was close enough to get a quick video...

Anyone still testing there 50-100mph times, since this thread has been used in several months. Also would 60-120mph be more ideal?

I haven't done any with my new car, but I still do check the thread once in a while. 60-130mph (approx 100-200kmh) is the standard for most lists, but on a 300HP car it isn't very easy to do pulls to 130mph. On 500 to 600+ HP cars it's a much better metric but for slow Subaru's the 50-100mph works well.

And if you're gonna be a jackass on public highways, be a safer jackass and do 50-100. Not everyone has the real estate to do proper 60-130mph pulls.

I came across these articles and added a new leader to the production car list. The McLaren P1. This car appears to be extremely fast! 150mph traps from a stock, production car is incredible.

I used the self stick GoPro mount on the steering column in my 2002 WRX.

For the videos in my 2011 WRX I used a suction cup mount (similar to the GoPro one) on the driver's side window and used a Canon G12 camera.

Flat back or curved back sticky mount. Just clip in the camera when it's "on"

That's what I'm working with. My guess is there's some stupid interior cleaner/oil on it and it's not wanting to stick.

User error.

Woooohooooo fastest NA over at 370z forum and faster than my WRX!!!!! My dyno and 1/4 mile all suck but at least I have some power. This tells me my dyno reads low and my tires suck for the strip. I'm getting 6.5 seconds on the vid and that's with my tires chirping in 2nd. I figure that's a good tenth or two right there if i can get them hotter. This is ZL1 and C63 AMG territory so woohoo for only 302rwhp.
