Default would it be bad to cap the PCV?

ok, well some of my parts broke off on my ej22T and i dont have time to wait for them to get here. I was thinking of just caping the PCV, and then putting a breather on the crank case plug. would this harm anything? would it be best to just wait for my parts?

thanks

dustin

it shouldn't, as long as you put the breather like you said, just make sure that the pcv doesn't leak. if you can wait than i would do that, 'cause it's real easy to screw up a motor versus fixing it
