Default Does anyone know how to remove this clip?

How do you completely remove this clip under the back seat? I'm not talking about releasing the seat, I mean removing the clip to remove the carpet.
Thanks!

This is one type of fastener that I have dealt with infrequently.

I think that with a very small flat screwdriver to get underneath the bottom most flange at the long side to push-in to release it.

I think that the locking portion is v-shaped. It is pushed down and the 'v' locks it in place.

I think that you may need two screwdrivers or equivalent to unlock this fastener-receiver clip.

Sounds good, I was able to find a pic of one on the net that was not installed. It appears that you are right. I'll let you know what I find.

I never figured it out. Didn't spend much time, didn't actually need to do it anyway
